Speaker Bio
Kenny Lange helps faith-forward founders scale organizations without losing their soul, their people, or their mission.
After selling his first company and helping an agency nearly double revenue in two years, Kenny discovered that the pain of success can be just as disorienting as the pain of failure. He watched leaders with heart, vision, and momentum hit invisible ceilings—not because they stopped growing, but because their systems and habits hadn't.
Kenny is the creator of Lead to Scale™, a dual-flywheel approach that guides leaders from chaos to Predictable Success. He's also the host of How Leaders Think, a globally top 10% ranked podcast named a 2025 "must-listen" by MSN.
His methodology helps leaders cut through the noise and finally have a rhythm that works. Clients say he "calls you up, not out" and helps teams move from spinning wheels to hitting targets.
Beyond business, Kenny and his wife Rebekah have fostered 18 children and adopted two—driven by their mission to positively impact 10,000 kids by 2033.
