Who we are

Kenny Lange (“we,” “us,” or “kennylange.com”) operates this site. Questions: kenny@kennylange.com.

What we collect

Information you give us directly when you submit a form:

  • Newsletter signups (Scale Weekly): email address, optionally first name.
  • Contact form: name, email, subject, message.
  • Waitlist signups (when applicable): email address.

Information collected automatically when you visit:

  • Browser, device, referring source, pages viewed (via HubSpot Analytics).
  • IP address (used only to identify rough geography and prevent abuse).
  • Cookies that allow HubSpot's CMS, forms, and analytics to function.

How we use it

  • To send you the content you asked for (newsletter, waitlist updates).
  • To respond to inquiries you submit through the contact form.
  • To improve the site — which pages are read, which doors get clicked.
  • We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

Tools that touch your data

The following services receive data when you interact with this site:

  • HubSpot (CMS, CRM, forms, email marketing, analytics) — privacy policy.

Per HubSpot's data processing addendum, HubSpot is a processor; Kenny Lange is the controller.

Your rights

You can:

  • Access the data we have on you. Email kenny@kennylange.com.
  • Correct data that's wrong.
  • Delete your data (and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email).
  • Object to certain processing, or restrict it.

If you're in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), specific rights apply. Email us and we'll honor them.

Retention

We keep newsletter and contact records as long as you remain subscribed or as long as the inquiry is active. After that we delete or anonymize.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we update this policy, the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes get announced via the newsletter or a notice on this page.
